HBB is taking a team to the dominican republic in march of 2010. this week-long trip (march 12-19) will be comprised of construction work at a school in santiago as well as working with children in the area. total cost for this trip is estimated at $750-$1,000. REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED. HBB has taken teams of people to zambia, africa for the last 3 years. in 2007 we partnered with a village in the northern region of zambia and assisted them in the development of a self-help arts & education center. developing projects there include construction of a new center in a different location which will house a library, women's sewing center, men's carpentry school, a restaurant and more! this 2-week trip will most likely take place the first 2 weeks of august. total cost for this trip is estimated at approximately $2,500. to learn more about the projects taking place in zambia please click here. for more information or to sign up for this trip please click here. still breaking free of the cloud of communism, romania is a country that suffers from extreme poverty in many of its regions and territories. hbb staff memebers traveled there in march of 2009 where connections with local church planters as well as non-profit organizations were established. it is our hope to return there in the fall of 2010 with a team to aid in any construction projects, work with children and encourage church congregations and leaders. total cost for this trip is estimated at approximately $1,500-$2,000. for more information or to sign up for this trip please click here.
